Habib Abe Shittu is the Managing Partner of FIRST COLONY REAL ESTATE COMPANY LTD. He is a Real Estate Consultant of distinction and possesses over 10 years’ experience in the Abuja and Lagos Real Estate Market during which he has received many commendations and high net-worth referrals as proof of his diligence and high rated performance.

He is a quintessential gentleman with a penchant for doing only what is

Habib Abe SHITTU holds an HND (Estate Management) from the prestigious Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, Nigeria. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He is also a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV) with Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

This has informed the company’s vision of promoting global business relationship through real estate. My focus is not to receive remunerations from such contracts but to get referrals, thereby increasing the company’s network of clients as I’ve found that good relationship(s) is more rewarding than any pecuniary benefits.
